Free Trial Terms

Who we are

Arabic Bridge is a UK-based business. The trial and lessons are online, so students can join from anywhere in the world.

The trial

• The trial is free.
• It lasts 30 minutes.
• There is one free trial per student.
• It takes place on Zoom.
• It's recorded on video (picture and sound), like all our sessions. Our Privacy Policy explains why, who can watch the recording and how long we keep it.
• In the call, the teacher explains how they'll teach and learns what you'd like from lessons.

No payment, no obligation

We won't ask for payment details to book the trial. You don't have to book lessons afterwards.

Under-18s

If the student is under 18, a parent or guardian must arrange the trial and stay nearby during the call.

Scheduling

You choose a time on our booking page, which shows times in your own time zone. We may need to reschedule a trial, and we may decline a request, for example if we can't find a suitable teacher. If you need to change the time, please let us know as early as you can.

Paid lessons

Our prices are shown on our website. Paid lessons are covered by our Lesson terms, including your right to cancel within 14 days.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live outside the UK, you may also have rights under the law where you live.
